"Leadership is not about "self", but others, yet what one models to others is essential in leadership. We cannot expect others to think differently without embracing this ourselves."
Innovative leadership allows creating something from thinking differently, and having the ability to model this in one's own leadership practice. For this leader, results are not simply scoring points or winning awards. It is providing opportunities to develop, grow and nurture every creative minds and ideas, thus unleashing potentials. This requires allowing space or providing freedom and protection from feeling trapped in a traditional system.

President's Desk

As president of this prestigious nursing organization, I am honored to present the accomplishment of our organization.
We had the highest representation during the 40th PNAA Ruby National Convention is Atlanta Georgia where over 40 PNANJ members were in attendance. Frank Bernard Bobadilla was a PNAA MSN scholarship recipient, the PNAA Nurse Administration of the Year was awarded to Grace Vickerie, and Tess Damito, PNAA Secretary and PNANJ member won the Rookie of the Year Award.
PNANJ won a trophy from PNAAF 5K challenge as the chapter with the most money solicited. In trying to attain our goal of a 15% increase in membership, PNANJ provided incentives to members who can recruit 5 members or more which is one way of giving back to our members.
